Eureka’s Response to Covid-19

In response to Covid-19, and to best protect the health of our employees and our community, our customer service staff will be working from home starting Tuesday March 17th. For this reason, Eureka will be temporarily unable to answer live customer service calls. We will be diligently responding to voicemails and emails with the goal of maintaining consistent reliable recycling service for our customers through this challenging time.

Out of extra precaution, we are also temporarily suspending collection of bagged clothes and linens. The information continues to evolve on the how long the virus is transmittable on surfaces and packaging, and we are trying to do everything in our power to keep our employees safe so that we can continue to provide the recycling service our customers rely on. Thank you for your support and understanding.
